I like to explore the weathered, forgotten layers of places. I am drawn to things that are obscured and worn and use them as inspiration for my artwork. I build my pieces with a process that is both additive and subtractive, so that I can reveal buried colors and textures based on those layers of deteriorated histories and discarded information.
